MEI2024 is the 5th International Conference on Medical Education Informatics. It follows a nice tradition started back in 2012 and featuring a triennial event organisation pattern. MEI2021 was organised by University of Nottingham (UK) and Universiti Malaya (Malaysia) and was held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. MEI2018 was the 3rd International Conference on Medical Education Informatics and was organised in the University of Leeds in parallel to the EC-TEL 2028 conference. MEI2015 was the 2nd International Conference on Medical Education Informatics organised within the framework of the CAMEI Project. All these followed MEI2012, which was the 1st International Conference on Medical Education Informatics, organised by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki team of the mEducator project.
